OUR MISSION
What started with one little girl’s fight became a mission to support thousands of heart warriors and the families who love them. Project 717 provides comfort care items, resources, and compassionate support to children with congenital heart disease through hospital partnerships and community outreach, helping families navigate one of life’s most challenging journeys with hope.
Discover the little girl whose extraordinary journey inspired Project 717—and the mission that continues in her honor.

No family should face a CHD diagnosis alone. We connect families with encouragement, resources, and a compassionate community that understands the journey.

Thoughtfully curated care kits provide comfort and encouragement to children and families during hospital stays, surgeries, and recovery.

Building meaningful relationships is at the heart of what we do. We bring families together through shared experiences, support networks, and lifelong friendships.

From family gatherings to community fundraisers, our events create opportunities to connect, celebrate, raise awareness, and support children living with congenital heart defects.

Together, we’re raising awareness of congenital heart defects, honoring heart warriors, and inspiring communities to support families affected by CHD.

Inspired by our family’s journey through the CICU, Andi’s Closet provides adaptive clothing and essential comfort items that make hospital stays a little easier for patients, parents, and care teams alike.

The numbers reveal the impact of congenital heart disease—but they can never tell the whole story. Behind every statistic is a child, a family, and a journey that deserves hope, compassion, and support.
Meet the incredible heart warriors who make up the Project 717 community. Each child featured here has a unique CHD journey. Some continue to inspire us every day, while others are forever remembered with love. Together, they remind us why hope, support, and community matter.

Hope grows stronger when we come together.
