A congenital heart disease (CHD) diagnosis changes a family’s life in an instant. From the first days in the hospital to surgeries, recovery, and the milestones that follow, the journey can be overwhelming—but no family should have to walk it alone.

At Project 717, we’re committed to bringing hope, comfort, and connection to heart warriors and the people who love them. Through partnerships with hospitals, support for families, and a growing community of volunteers and advocates, we’re helping make the CHD journey a little less overwhelming and a lot more hopeful.

Whether it’s delivering adaptive clothing to the CICU, providing resources to families, or celebrating heart warriors, everything we do is with one purpose in mind: to remind families that they are seen, supported, and never alone.

From the moment of diagnosis through recovery and beyond, we strive to provide encouragement, practical support, and hope when it’s needed most.

Below are some of the ways Project 717 is making a difference.

Project 717 is growing, and so is our vision. As we continue to build partnerships with hospitals, volunteers, businesses, and communities, our goal is to expand our programs and reach more families facing congenital heart disease. Every new relationship, every donation, and every volunteer helps us create brighter tomorrows for heart warriors everywhere.

Whether you’d like to volunteer, become a community partner, sponsor a program, host a fundraiser, or make a donation, there are countless ways to help us make a difference.

Every act of generosity—big or small—helps us bring comfort, hope, and encouragement to children and families navigating congenital heart disease.
